A renowned beverages company is seeking a Brand Manager to lead their premium and super-premium portfolio. The selected candidate will drive brand growth through strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager as a strategic thought partner
- Develop business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies to maximise brand profitability
- Translate global brand strategies into actionable plans aligned with company goals
- Analyse business performance, market trends, and consumer insights to inform strategies
- Manage financial aspects of the brands, including budget allocation and A&P tracking
- Lead campaigns, initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Prior experience in marketing for FMCG, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands
- Experience working with foreign companies, especially U.S. or European
- Ability to curate refined brand experiences for super-premium shoppers
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Collaborative leadership skills and ability to build productive relationships
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and attend evening and weekend events
- Proficient in Japanese and English
