An international food manufacturer is searching for a Pet Care Marketing. The successful candidate will be leading and managing prominent brands in the Specialty Pet Trade (SPT) channel.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategy and plan for the SPT portfolio within the agreed budget to achieve aligned business targets
- Develop and deliver winning propositions for the brands under the portfolio that create business-building solutions
- Co-own the CRM program with Digital Commerce team to design and deliver engaging content for consumers throughout pet parenthood journey
- Lead and manage innovations and activations in the portfolio with alignment of key stakeholders
- Manage direct reports as well as contract employee and out-sourcing members
- Develop high performing, highly engaged team, nurturing direct reports’ functional and leadership competencies through supervising and coaching
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in FMCG Marketing or equivalent with strong achievement record
- Practical experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional members
- Proficient in Japanese and English
