A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Vaccine Brand Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute commercial strategies to increase vaccination rates and maintain market share in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead commercial strategies and tactics for the COVID-19 vaccine
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams to develop strategies
- Work with external stakeholders to accelerate COVID-19 vaccination efforts
- Develop and execute omni-channel commercial plans based on data-driven insights
- Set and monitor KPIs for commercial activities, updating plans as needed
- Produce materials to encourage usage of the vaccine among HCPs and consumers
- Conduct research to gather insights for revenue forecasts and strategy refinement
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape, KOL discussions, and local legislation
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in commercial (brand marketing, digital marketing, or sales strategy/management)
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in analytical tools and translating customer insights into brand strategy
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
