An international consumer goods company is searching for a Brand Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading team in developing strategic priorities and executing go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, align and execute Brand Marketing plans
- Set KPIs to track performance and make recommendations to optimise when necessary
- Lead Brand team in new product launches, re-launches and updates
- Develop sales materials for new and existing products
- Attend Joint Business Planning meetings with key customers; review current products, upcoming promotions
- Support annual Budget Planning process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s in marketing or business administration is a plus)
- More than 5 years of brand management or customer marketing in consumer goods sector
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; business level English
