Guide the development and execution of strategic communications
Execute insight-driven C&E TA strategy and tactical plans
Direct communications projects, oversee the creation of assets
Define and articulate the core strategic need for patient engagement and advocacy
Execute strategic and mutually beneficial communications initiatives
Implement measurement and KPIs for key programs identified by global C&E teams
Supervise agencies and budgets and maintaining quality and compliance
Bachelor’s degree or above
More than 3 years of experience within communications or patient engagement
Understanding of the media and patient engagement, and advocacy environment
Knowledge of the regulatory and reimbursement environment
Excellent project management skills
Proficient written and verbal Japanese and English
