An experienced healthcare marketing professional is sought by a leading pharmaceutical company to join them in a Brand Director position. Reporting to Senior Director, this position is responsible for all tasks related to cardiovascular marketing activities in Japan as the main contact for the cross-functional brand team.
- Lead the development and implementation of brand plan with a cross-functional team
- Provide thought-leadership and drive innovative ideas for its lifecycle to deliver value to patients.
- Ensure the core cross-functional brand teams understand the principles of brand planning
- Lead development of one cross functional brand plan through cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure cross-functional activities are conducted according to brand plan
- About 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience launching a brand in a marketing role at a pharmaceutical company is a preferred
- Strong analytical capability is a plus with structured way of thinking with solid objectives
- A proven ability to form a view based on facts
- Fluency in business level English and Japanese
