A multinational pharmaceutical group is searching for a strategic marketing expert to join them as the Neuroscience Brand Manager. This position is an opportunity for a skilled pharmaceutical industry professional to leverage their unique knowledge and take advantage of market trends.
- Identify country-specific insights using market research, competitive intelligence and an understanding of disease areas
- Understand market dynamics and specifically customer insights to ensure that the brand reflects unmet needs in the local market
- Identify trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key local markets) for the product group and propose corresponding measures
- Develop pricing options based on market trends and payer insights; asses impacts to sales and profitability
- Lead the marketing team for customer initiatives (e.g. promotional tools, public relations, internal product related communications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ pharmaceutical brand marketing, strategic marketing and/or non-pharmaceutical brand marketing management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization both in Japanese and English
- Experience in sales, especially in a science related field, is an advantage
