シニアマーケティングコーディネーター/ Senior Marketing Coordinator

A global financial services company is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will support strategic marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and communications across Asia, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted, insight-led marketing strategies and budgets for Asia markets
• Localise messaging and talking points to support client-facing teams
• Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral for Relationship Managers and Product teams
• Conduct competitive analyses of products, services, collateral, and websites
• Support new product launches and coordinate messaging with global product experts
• Plan and execute high-quality events, including webinars, roundtables, and hospitality events
• Promote content and thought leadership across social media channels, including localisation
• Coordinate local PR activities with global PR managers and agencies
• Participate in pitch and deal teams, developing supporting materials and client presentations
• Ensure marketing and sales materials comply with local and global compliance requirements

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Prior experience supporting multi-channel marketing programs in financial services
• Experience working within global and matrixed team structures
• Proficient in project management, content creation, event planning, and sales enablement
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of asset management, asset servicing, or institutional banking
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Seismic, Marketo, and monday.com (or comparable work management platforms)
• Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese
