A global consumer goods company is looking for a Lead DX SEO & Content Specialist. The selected candidate will develop and optimise digital content strategies across owned media channels, driving SEO performance and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance content for digital owned media, including web, mobile, and eCommerce
• Optimise information architecture, personalisation, and performance marketing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and digital teams to align content with business objectives
• Drive SEO performance, conduct research, and optimise high-engagement content
• Support and mentor the SEO and Digital Content team in delivering effective campaigns
• Work with global teams to deploy and localise digital assets and share insights

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or a similar role
• Experience planning and delivering content strategy to achieve great user experience and innovation in Digital Owned Media
• Prior experience as brand or marketing copywriter, producing copy for digital channels or SEO strategy in a Japanese market
• Understanding of digital owned media channels and technologies
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO and Content practices
• Familiarity with research principles and methods
• Proficient in A/B and other testing methods
