A multinational biopharmaceutical company seeks a Digital Strategic Client Partner (Senior Director). The role involves leading digital and data-driven transformation to enhance patient outcomes, business value, and healthcare engagement. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage value creation through digital, data, and technology
• Act as primary digital advisor to the Country President and senior leaders
• Inspire and engage market teams in the digital transformation journey
• Co-develop and measure outcome-based digital strategies with stakeholders
• Embed data and digital capabilities to enhance patient and healthcare professional engagement
• Lead digital operations and oversee projects in line with the organisation’s vision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business studies or management, sales and marketing, information technology, or computer science is ideal
• Experience communicating information with confidence and clarity to internal and external senior stakeholders
• Prior experience in consulting is preferred
• Proven commercial experience (sales, marketing, commercial operations, etc.) is desired
• Skilled in managing various projects and programs (collection of sub-projects, etc.)
• Understanding of digital or MCM within or outside of pharma is a plus
