A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for an Associate Director of Digital Customer Engagement. The selected candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance digital customer experiences across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute digital engagement strategies to improve customer interactions across all digital channels
• Analyse and map the customer journey to enhance the digital experience
• Develop and optimise digital solutions for websites, social media, and email, aligning with content strategies
• Manage owned, paid, and earned digital channels to ensure a cohesive customer experience
• Oversee digital engagement operations, including project management and resource allocation
• Monitor digital engagement metrics and make data-driven improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Practical experience in digital marketing or customer engagement
• Hands on experience in operational management
• Previous people management experience
• Experience in omnichannel marketing strategies and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of digital trends
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools
• Possess a valid certification in digital marketing or related fields
• Native level Japanese; business level English
