An international pet food product is looking for a Digital Planning Executive. The selected candidate will be in charge of planning strategies for digital business through omnichannel and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make and execute plans for execution strategies such as B2B2C sales promotion campaigns, UX and UI improvement, CRM, direct marketing, digital advertising
- Collaborate with the Creation Team to make and execute B2B digital plans
- Develop plans to maximise pet owner/pet data collection
- Run PDCA cycle for digital business, leading to providing business development plans and request analysis
- Produce offline tools, banners, and content for use in Marketing Automation (MA) and web concierge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of digital marketing execution
- More than 3 years of sales, marketing, or digital marketing experience in the animal health industry is preferred
- Experience in digital marketing (SEM, SEO, SNS ad, Feed ad, or SNS communication)
- Experience in UX/UI planning of online platform
- Prior project management experience leading multiple stakeholders
- Experience in campaign and content production
- Experience in managing and directing a marketing agency or work experience in a consulting firm or marketing-related agency
- Experience in Marketing Automation is desirable
- Basic SQL is a plus
- Dashboard creation by PowerBI is preferred
- Fluent written and verbal in Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 730+ is required. TOEIC 850+ is preferred)
