An international consumer goods company is looking for a Pad Media & Search Lead. The selected applicant will be developing paid media and search strategies and roadmaps for online and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and optimise ways of working between teams and agencies across multiple markets
- Manage staff and projects, and track budget to advance the paid media and SEO initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, media agencies, IT & technical agencies to deliver end-to-end paid media and search priorities
- Perform strategic analysis of the business environment including customer needs, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities
- Analyse paid media campaigns and SEO with the usage of various digital tools
- Budget planning and its ongoing adjustment and optimisation to meet business objective
- Develop assets for both Paid media and SEO to ensure OTIF delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (marketing, eCommerce, or communications is preferred)
- 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Proven track record in planning, executing and performance managing paid media and search marketing (SEM and SEO) activations
- Knowledge of online advertising campaign management tools (Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, LINE Ads, Kakao Ads, Naver Ads, etc.)
- Understanding of media targeting, keyword research and campaign optimisation techniques
- Experience in digital and eCommerce front-end platforms such as Adobe suites (AA, AEM, AM, AT, ADAM, Magento, etc), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SFMC, Sprinklr, PowerBI is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office is a plus
- Business level Japanese and English
