An international hospitality organisation is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. The selected applicant will work closely with the properties’ digital person in charge to conduct all digital-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy and manage all digital content for the properties
- Plan and execute online promotion strategies as the chain and each hotel
- Manage user reviews and inquiries for the properties with each hotel’s person in charge
- Conduct data analysis and content creation for all digital channels
- Ensure implementation of SEO and SEM strategy
- Monitor all digital content to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
- Manage budgets as necessary
- Identify and develop team members with potential
- Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Prior experience leading teams
- Skilled in MS Office, Adobe, and analytics tools
- Experience with global brands and companies is preferred
- Background in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
