A global beverage company is looking for a Digital CX Acceleration Manager (Maternity Leave Cover). The selected candidate will elevate digital touchpoints, focusing on website experience. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Bring owned digital touchpoints to the next levels of maturity
- Focus on website experience, automated CRM programs, and 1st party data strategies
- Implement design thinking to create optimal consumer experiences on digital channels
- Lead data capture strategies and tactics, ensuring data quality and quantity
- Manage database engagement and consumer journey through tracking reports and always-on campaigns
- Deliver cross-brand overviews, insights, and best practices to drive synergies and enhance brand maturity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in owned site enhancements, data capture initiatives, and journey mapping/management
- Track record of creative and consumer-centric work from plan development to final execution and insight generation
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
