An international entertainment resort is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will strategically plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and profitability. This is a full remote setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive digital performance marketing for Japan across key search engines and platforms
- Lead social media marketing on platforms like Line and Twitter, creating and managing content
- Initiate and manage digital partnerships to achieve integrated marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver optimised digital content
- Ensure integration with resort systems, including booking engines and loyalty programs
- Maintain compliance with privacy and related regulations for all customer-facing materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields
- More than 6 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
- Practical experience of Digital Marketing activities in Japan market
- Proven experience in Omni-channel executions and the creative use of digital technologies
- General knowledge and experience with CMS platforms
- Expertise on usability and online A/B testing tools
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and web-based hosting solutions (Adobe, Drupal, etc.)
- Background in the Hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean, English, Japanese, or Chinese
