An international fashion retailer is searching for a Digital Accounts Coordinator. The chosen applicant will be responsible for sales planning, and products and stock analysis to increase revenue and meet applied targets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan sales for assigned accounts
- Ensure each account meets its sales target
- Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including troubleshooting products on assigned sites
- Provide B2C customer service support as needed
- Communicate and meet with external clients regularly to schedule and implement sales actions and promotions
- Support digital marketing activities such as email reviews, social paid media campaigns, and LINE ads
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in the digital field
- Advanced level MS Office
- Experience in Japanese e-commerce platforms (Zozo, Rakuten, Amazon) is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform is a plus
- Interest in digital marketing (paid social ads, SEM) is ideal
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
