A tobacco company is looking for a Digital Activation Manager. This position will be responsible for engaging online customers. The scope for this job will include digital communication strategy, social media planning and operation, and digital marketing content optimization.
- Manage digital marketing platforms, strategy, and initiatives to deliver on key performance indicators
- Lead the execution of the brand’s direct to consumer communication plan in order to increase consumer engagement
- Identify and establish relationships with key brands and influencers in order to expand the company’s social media following
- Work with the global digital team, consumer marketing team, research teams as well as media agencies, to execute high performing media campaigns and ensure effective post campaign activities
- Analyse data from Google Analytics to monitor traffic, engagement and acquisition conversion then use insights to support an effective digital marketing strategy
- Serve as a representative for digital marketing to ensure digital is accounted for in the companies marketing campaigns, forecasting of stock, packaging communications, etc.
- Marketing and online channel management experience
- Social media channel management experience
- Understanding of marketing technology and analytics tools
- Data analysis skills
