ビューティーアドバイザー研修マネージャー/ Beauty Advisor Training Manager

An international beauty company is looking for a Beauty Advisor Training Manager. The selected candidate will design and deliver training programs, lead the trainer team, and elevate the performance and engagement of Beauty Advisers across retail locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies across product knowledge, customer service, and sales excellence
• Design and execute engaging training programs for online and offline platforms
• Establish annual training calendars aligned with marketing and product launch plans
• Monitor training impact through Beauty Adviser performance and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail Operations, and digital teams to support business strategy and brand activations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the trainer team and Beauty Advisers, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Provide insights and feedback to HQ and regional teams to localise training materials effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Education, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in training or education roles within luxury beauty or cosmetics
• Experience in curriculum development and performance evaluation
• Proven leadership in managing training teams and retail staff
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred requirements:

• Advanced degree
• Fluent level English and Japanese
