CBMAコンサルタント/ CBMA Consultant

A renowned financial services company is seeking a CBMA (Customer, Brand, Marketing Advisory) Consultant. The selected candidate will lead data-driven strategies across marketing, sales, pricing, and branding. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies informed by customer insights
• Analyse market and competitor data to identify growth opportunities
• Resolve marketing bottlenecks and support 4P initiatives
• Build sales and distribution strategies to enhance market share
• Strengthen pricing governance through data-based guidelines and KPIs
• Drive branding strategy, internal communications, and creative alignment

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting firm in post-M&A value enhancement, sales/marketing strategy planning and implementation support
• Prior customer and market analysis experience
• Proven corporate experience in planning and executing sales, marketing, brand management, or new business initiatives
• Background in advertising agency in B2B business planning or project management, as well as corporate branding responsibilities

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in strategic consulting, brand consulting, or creative direction
• Prior experience in CX (customer experience), brand valuation, revenue management, business or sales planning, or new business development
• Proven brand management experience at consumer goods manufacturers
