An international telecommunications network company is searching for a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics. The successful candidate will analyse customer behaviour data, support business strategies, and lead projects.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage internal data using SAS, Tableau, and other tools
- Participate in research projects supporting global primary research plans
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and consumer engagement programs
- Design customer development plans and contribute to forecasting and budgeting
- Consult, educate, report, and present to senior management and strategy teams
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of data analytical work experience
- Prior project management experience
- Hands on experience with SAS, Tableau, SPSS
- Experience in SQL
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
