A multinational consulting firm is looking for an Associate. In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse information
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Develop and communicate recommendations
• Deliver results to client management and drive recommendations with colleagues
• Take part in clients’ operations, including policy and strategy, service transformation and implementation
• Assist in client development and workshops for new and current clients
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities and boost performances
• Design project management systems to track performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a top institution is ideal
• 4+ years of experience in the public sector on large-scale reform or service delivery
• Strong policy and analytical skills
• Expertise in managing key transformation factors, including complex stakeholder engagement, performance manage systems, mindsets and behaviours
• Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate analysis into recommendation
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
