マーケティング＆イベント担当者/ Marketing & Events Officer

A renowned financial services firm is looking for a Marketing & Events Officer. The selected candidate will lead integrated marketing campaigns and end-to-end event execution while driving digital adoption, compliance, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated marketing strategies and execute campaigns for products and services across internal and external audiences
• Partner with business, sales, product, and research teams to tailor content and develop high-impact collateral
• Build strong relationships with APAC stakeholders and cross-regional marketing teams
• Ensure all marketing materials and initiatives comply with legal and regulatory standards
• Drive digital channels, set KPIs, track ROI, and optimise campaigns through data and insights
• Plan and deliver physical, virtual, and hybrid events, managing budgets, vendors, approvals, and post-event reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of event marketing/marketing experience (agency/in-house)
• Understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory frameworks and culture
• Knowledge of institutional and corporate clients, products and solutions
• Prior knowledge of design/branding
• Familiarity with the full spectrum of marcomms channels
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience of the APAC market and Investment Banking
• Excellent video filming/editing skills
• Prior experience working with financial services firms in some capacity
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud
