クライアントイベントマネージャー/ Client Event Manager

A renowned international fashion brand is seeking a Client Event Manager. The selected candidate will plan and execute events to strengthen client relationships and promote the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage events in Japan and overseas, ensuring smooth execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event logistics
• Handle budget control, vendor negotiations, and service arrangements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VICs through events
• Acquire and update product knowledge, brand history, and customer service skills
• Analyse feedback to identify improvement areas and optimize event processes

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in client events or related domain
• Experience in RTW or W&FJ is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level reading, written, and spoken English and Japanese
