イベントマネージャー/ Event Manager

A global investment holding company is looking for an Event Manager – Planning & Operations for Large-Scale Events. The selected candidate will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major domestic and international events.

Responsibilities:

• Design event plans and program structures
• Select, negotiate with, and contract event venues
• Coordinate and manage vendors, including construction, AV, and security
• Manage event timelines and budgets
• Liaise with sponsors and exhibiting companies
• Supervise on-site operations during events
• Prepare post-event reports and propose improvements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience planning and operating events with 3,000–100,000 attendees
• Practical experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing large-scale event logistics
• Experience with international events and industry conferences
• Knowledge of PR, marketing, and event-related risk management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to work weekends or evenings during events
• Business level English
