シニアイベントプランナー/ Senior Event Planner

An international luxury goods company is searching for a Senior Event Planner. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing event content that is current or ahead of trends in event planning, design, and production.

Responsibilities:

• Create an event brief and define event objectives based on company strategy and annual business plan
• Explore new venues for implementing appropriate events for press, clients and general consumers
• Organise the logistics and mechanics for events effectively
• Comply with legal, insurance, health and safety regulations at all times
• Execute events and sales promotions seamlessly in a consistent manner
• Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise on event day
• Build an understanding of our guests and oversee guest experiences from conception
• Research and analyse events of competitors and best practices

Requirements:

• Prior project management experience
• Proven success in event production or management
• Experience in the luxury or retail industry is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English (French is a plus)
