職務内容:

• オンライン・オフライン・ハイブリッド イベントのディレクションサポート
• コンペ開催時の窓口、RFPの作成
• 表彰準備（写真およびテキストの回収、ベンダーへ動画作成依頼）
• FBおよびYouTube投稿
• イベントポスターおよびフライヤー作成依頼（デザイナーへ依頼）
• 海外イベントの視察・準備、当日の運営
• その他報奨旅行、セールス部門サポート

応募要件:

• イベント準備・運営経験3年以上
• PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 中級レベルの英語力
• セミナーでの登壇経験尚可
• 旅行業界の経験（添乗員など）尚可

A renowned health and wellness company is looking for an Event/ PR Marketing Staff. This role involves supporting and directing online, offline, and hybrid events, including preparation, content creation, and logistical coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and direction of online, offline, and hybrid events
• Act as the main contact for event RFP (Request For Proposal) preparations
• Coordinate awards submissions by gathering photos, texts, and vendor-created videos
• Manage content postings on social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube
• Coordinate the creation of event posters and flyers with designers
• Research, prepare, and operate overseas events on event days
• Provide support for reward trips and assist the Sales Department

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in event planning and execution in any industry
• Experience as a speaker at seminars or events is ideal
• Background in the travel industry (tour conductor, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; intermediate level English
