A renowned international event agency specialising in luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands seeks an Assistant Event Project Manager. The ideal candidate will support project management. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Director and Manager in defining project scope and objectives
- Communicate client briefs effectively to project team members
- Support planning of project resources, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project budgets efficiently and in line with guidelines
- Manage client contracts and supplier agreements
- Research new suppliers and venues as required for events
- Create venue proposals and prepare presentation materials
- Organise and maintain project documents
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in assisting with event production and management
- Passion and deep knowledge of the events and luxury industries
- Proficiency in MAC and MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and time management abilities
- Native level Japanese; business level English
