イベントスペシャリスト/ Event Specialist

An international financial institution is looking for an Event Specialist. The successful applicant will be accountable for organising events and conferences in the local region.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise events and marketing initiatives to build internal stakeholders’ relationship
• Manage event execution from pre-event, budget, compliance approvals, and other necessary requirements
• Effectively handles guidelines to alleviate errors and risks
• Work closely with key partners and aid other marketing and communication deliverables
• Handle different event databases and internal systems
• Conceptualise and impose program plans for each event

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in event management or a similar background in PR, marketing, or advertising is ideal
• Experience in handling online and in-person events
• Knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn other internal systems
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Excellent decision-making and stakeholder communication skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
