A leading international consumer goods company is seeking a Leader, Regulatory Affairs. The selected candidate will lead the Regulatory Affairs team, ensuring product compliance and supporting business growth through effective regulatory strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of regulatory professionals to ensure full product compliance
• Manage regulatory processes from product development to distribution
• Oversee government audit activities and regulatory submissions
• Develop and execute strategic regulatory initiatives aligned with business goals
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders
• Identify and influence regulatory opportunities to support business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Understanding of the competitive market environment
• Knowledge of key competitors and consumers
• Understanding business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, situational leadership techniques, and the prioritisation and coordination of people and resources
• Familiarity with principles and procedures for recruiting, selecting, training, assessing, and motivating talent to reach group objectives
• Prior knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
