A leading international healthcare company is seeking an Expert Consultant. The selected candidate will deliver expert consulting support while contributing to business development and mentoring initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level regulatory and scientific consulting in toxicology and related areas for APAC clients
• Advise customers on complex JMAFF regulatory processes and testing requirements
• Prepare, review, and ensure quality of study summaries and dossiers in compliance with OECD and JMAFF standards
• Generate project proposals and cost estimates in coordination with planning and business teams
• Mentor and train junior consultants and staff on regulatory practices and technical skills
• Represent the company in industry groups, task forces, and client meetings to strengthen professional networks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 10 years of experience in toxicology within the regulatory testing or consultancy sectors
• Possess established relationships with relevant contacts within Regulatory Authorities and CP&C customers, especially in Japan and with JMAFF
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas
• Proficient in reading, spoken, and written Japanese and English
