広報担当/ Public Affairs Policy Specialist

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Public Affairs Policy Specialist. The chosen candidate will lead the strategic analysis and implementation of advocacy and lobbying activities related to industry policies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute advocacy programs, campaigns, and events related to industrial policy

• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders such as industry associations, think tanks, academia, embassies, and government agencies to ensure alignment on policy objectives
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather insights, align initiatives, and provide policy-related support and guidance
• Conduct research and analysis of industry policies to evaluate their effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and monitor emerging trends
• Respond to regulatory changes by assessing their impact on current policies, developing strategies for adaptation, and effectively communicating updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in public relations, politics, business management, communications, political science, or a related field is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in at least one or more of the following areas:
• Public Affairs or Government Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry
• Public Affairs or Government Affairs with a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on negotiating with related government agencies or industry associations
• Native level Japanese; business level English
