臨床スペシャリスト/ Clinical Specialist

A multinational medical device company is looking for a Clinical Specialist. The selected candidate will drive product adoption, provide clinical education, and support customers in maximising the use of TEG technology across various clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage territory accounts for the existing TEG customer base
• Increase product usage and expand customer base through clinical education and training
• Train new and existing users on all clinical and product aspects of TEG equipment
• Provide clinical expertise to ensure TEG reaches the standard of care levels within accounts
• Develop relationships with clinicians and key decision makers to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Provide dedicated on-site support for new TEG customers and additional assays
• Resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns with cross-functional teams
• Maintain customer and activity records in CRM tools
• Support specialised clinical areas including VAD/ECMO, Trauma, CV, High Risk Obstetrics, Liver transplant, and Critical Care
• Assist with laboratory installation, validation, verification, SOP and training development
• Participate in product development, market needs assessment, and quality investigations
• Provide regional and national tradeshow support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred)
• More than 3 years of experience in the medical device or critical care environment
• Experience in clinical training, product adoption, and account management
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude for TEG systems and software
• Knowledge of haemostasis management
• Proficient in project management and organisational skills
• Ability to establish high-level clinician relationships and influence product adoption
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
