ベンダーコントラクトアソシエイト/ Vendor Contracts Associate

A global clinical research company is looking for a Vendor Contracts Associate. The selected candidate will manage vendor contracts, oversee governance processes, and ensure operational compliance. This is a hybrid/remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new vendors, initiate contact, and facilitate NDAs
• Assess vendor documentation, support qualification, and integrate vendors into governance programs
• Analyse vendor performance, manage vendor meetings, and support governance decisions
• Build vendor relationships to optimise cost, contracts, and service capabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Define project scope, create RFPs, negotiate contracts, and transition agreements to the Operations Team
• Provide vendor capability insights and cost details to Sales, Proposals, and Operations teams
• Reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and track completed units
• Oversee project equipment and supplies using asset tracking systems

Requirements:

• Practical experience in vendor relationship management processes
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Knowledge of the clinical trials environment is beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
