ビジットデリバリーアソシエイト/ Visit Delivery Associate

An international healthcare services company is looking for a Visit Delivery Associate. The selected candidate will support the Visit Delivery team by coordinating site, subject, and HCP management while ensuring compliance and efficient visit execution. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain site engagement, onboard/offboard sites, manage system access, and ensure compliance with documentation
• Process subject documentation, coordinate courier services, and update records while ensuring data privacy compliance
• Select and allocate HCPs, ensure training completion, manage documentation, and facilitate engagement and retention
• Schedule, track, and confirm HCP visits, manage logistics, and support documentation and expense compliance
• Track, report, and escalate non-compliance issues, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Record and manage site, subject, and visit data using Salesforce, Excel, and other tracking systems
• Collaborate with Site Relationship Management, Vendor Services, and other teams for seamless project execution
• Coordinate travel, manage equipment and supplies, and liaise with vendors for calibration or replacement
• Generate reports, track service delivery, take meeting minutes, and manage corporate timesheets and expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Nurses or other healthcare professionals preferred)
• Practical experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles within fast-paced environments
• Prior salesforce experience is a plus
• Exposure to healthcare or clinical research preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level English and Japanese
