営業スペシャリスト/ Sales Specialist
A global healthcare company is seeking a Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will drive sales growth by managing customer relationships, executing promotional activities, and delivering product demonstrations and post-sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Visit new and existing customers to sell diagnostic equipment, reagents and related services and achieve sales and profit targets
- Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and post-sales follow-up to strengthen market positioning
- Gather market intelligence including customer insights and competitor data and report trends and needs
- Achieve sales plans through forecasting, demonstrations, and installations
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and manage sales pipeline activities
- Identify prospects, follow up leads, and manage approvals for sales plan adjustments
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts and present solutions to clients
- Deliver promotional presentations highlighting product differentiation as a solution provider
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers and resolve concerns
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and operation training at customer sites
- Implement educational programmes for local distributors
- Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales activities and provide client solutions
- Manage customer relationship activities including lead follow-ups and reporting using CRM tools
- Prepare status reports covering activities, progress, and performance against targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of experience in hospitals and/or testing laboratories in the medical industry
- Experience in IVD company
- General leadership and management skills including project management and accountability
- Strong sales and marketing skills including selling, negotiation, and partnership building
- Understanding of financial and legal aspects
- Possess a valid Medical Technologist qualification and driver’s licence
- Proficient in English
