SFEマネージャー/ SFE Manager
A global biotechnology company is looking for an SFE Manager. The chosen candidate will be the key driver in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the field force and ensuring alignment with brand strategies and sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales KPIs, incentive schemes, and targeting frameworks
- Optimise territory design and call planning
- Monitor and analyse sales performance against goals and KPIs
- Provide insight-based recommendations to improve field execution
- Manage field force–related master data
- Collaborate with Sales Execution, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Digital teams, and global stakeholders
- Partner with global teams to harmonise tools, analytics, and operational models
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in SFE or consulting (pharma or life sciences)
- Proven experience in sales incentive schema design, KPI development/tracking, and territory management
- Hands-on experience with CRM and BI tools
- Strong project management and process optimisation experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business level Japanese
