APEC商業研修マネージャー/ APEC Commercial Training Manager

A global biotechnology company is looking for an APEC Commercial Training Manager. The selected candidate will design and deliver commercial and product training to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver commercial and product training programs
• Plan and schedule training materials aligned with global directives
• Bridge regional needs with global expectations and execute KPIs
• Evaluate learner performance and provide actionable feedback
• Organise and monitor product learning, certifications, and assessments
• Lead initiatives, including onboarding, consultations, and new training projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management (Invitro Diagnostics, Life Science and/or Oncology)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard sales models (e.g. SPIN, CSS, PSS, etc)
• Business level English (CEFR B1/C1 or equivalent); fluent level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in sales training
• Prior experience working with Commercial Partners
• Possess valid Trainer’s Certification or a Certificate in Training and Assessment
