キーアカウントマネージャー（眼科）/ Key Account Manager Ophthalmology

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Ophthalmology Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will build strategic partnerships with key healthcare professionals and drive business growth through effective relationship management and product value communication.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage trust-based relationships with key healthcare institutions and medical groups
• Identify doctors’ needs and challenges in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up to highlight product value
• Plan and implement area lecture meetings in collaboration with internal teams while ensuring compliance
• Review and negotiate requests related to speakers, presentations, and event roles
• Cultivate and develop potential Thought Leaders aligned with product strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Practical experience in marketing, MSL, or key account management is ideal
• Experience working with university hospitals (for MR-only candidates)
• Proven sales performance with ophthalmology therapeutic area expertise
• Headquarters or marketing/MSL experience
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
