コンタクトセンターリード/ Contact Centre Lead

A global consumer goods company is seeking a Contact Centre Lead. The selected candidate will oversee sales growth, manage vendor relationships, and lead team operators to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for the contact centre
• Identify and address challenges to ensure the centre operates at its best
• Lead business growth through collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Manage vendor relationships and establish governance for operations
• Oversee P&L management for the contact centre and vendors
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and manage necessary reporting obligations
• Develop and lead a team of eight subordinates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in people management leading a team of 5 or more
• Practical experience with vendor management
• Experience in B2C or B2B business with a customer-focused approach
• Proven experience in call centre management or collaboration with call centres
• Sales planning experience
• Strong business analysis, project management, and team management skills
• Broad business knowledge (marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, etc.)
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
