クリニカルセールス/ Clinical Sales

A global biopharmaceutical company is searching for a Clinical Sales. The chosen applicant will be responsible for serving as a company representative within the assigned territory to manage sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective strategies and tactics to improve diagnosis, treatment, and adherence of target disease area with accurate tracking of KPI
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders
• Communicate with customers in a sound, professional and scientific manner
• Fully comply with internal and external local regulations, policies, and guidelines
• Manage a multiple prefectures territory with a diverse customer base

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
• Prior sales experience within hospitals and academic institutions
• Experience in development and management of national or regional physicians network
• Knowledge of Sales Force.Com, Veeva or equivalent SFE tool
• Background in rare disease therapeutic area is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid certification of Medical Representative
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 600+) is preferred
