医療教育マネージャー/ Medical Education Manager

A multinational medical device company is looking for a Medical Education Manager. The selected candidate will lead medical education programmes for healthcare professionals, aligning training initiatives with divisional priorities and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual medical education plans for assigned specialties
• Collaborate with divisional and marketing teams to create compliant educational content
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures and qualification criteria for programmes and attendees
• Manage annual budgets and track medical education activities
• Oversee the calendar of educational events to ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify and manage healthcare professional consultants for education initiatives
• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programmes for customers
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using metrics and feedback to drive improvements
• Report progress and insights to medical education leadership
• Complete administrative tasks, reporting and compliance requirements on time
• Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory and compliance standards
• Maintain effective collaboration across global teams
• Support travel for education programmes and business needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and organising HCP education within the medical device industry
• Skilled in programme planning, stakeholder collaboration, communication and presentation
• Ability and willingness to travel on company business
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of medical devices, particularly vascular or interventional products
• Experience in a multinational medical device company
• Experience in clinical or training environments
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and competency-based training
• Experience with training documentation systems
