商業オペレーションズアナリスト/ Commercial Operations Analyst

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will support pricing, contract management, and commercial negotiations while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual pricing revision processes and negotiate with clients to protect and improve contribution margins
• Manage ad-hoc pricing revisions driven by material cost fluctuations and exceptional circumstances
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while balancing customer needs and business objectives
• Evaluate and manage customer claims and disputes with financial impact in alignment with senior leadership
• Establish and maintain an accurate and accessible contract database for commercial agreements
• Collaborate with business development and leadership on commercial supply agreement negotiations
• Support financial forecasting related to claims, liabilities, and incremental revenue from pricing actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health manufacturing, or trading companies
• Experience in commercial operations, pricing, contract management, or business development
• Proficient in data analysis, financial evaluation, and contract negotiation in a B2B environment
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in negotiating commercial or pricing contracts with a deep understanding of contract terms and conditions
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
