顧客インサイトアナリスト/ Customer Insights Analyst

A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst. The selected candidate will generate actionable insights from market research to drive strategic decision-making and optimise business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, actionable insights to support business decisions
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities
• Ensure all market research complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policies
• Foster strong relationships across TA, Medicine, MAHA, HP Operations, and Legal & Compliance
• Discover and implement innovative research methodologies to advance strategy development
• Integrate insights from multiple sources to align analyses with overall business objectives
• Manage research projects and external vendors effectively
• Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative market research
• Strong strategic thinking with business acumen to connect insights to strategy
• Proven stakeholder engagement and influence across cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management and vendor management skills
• Global and intercultural awareness for collaboration across diverse teams
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
