ラーニングマネージャー/ Learning Manager

An international biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Learning Manager. The selected candidate will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that align with global standards while addressing local business needs

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences that build competencies and support company strategy
• Lead blended learning sessions, including face-to-face and virtual formats
• Maintain communication with learners and monitor performance and feedback using learning systems
• Stay current with business trends and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively identify learning needs
• Customise and implement global learning solutions while developing local initiatives where needed
• Collaborate with global and local teams to execute learning projects from assessment to implementation
• Coordinate smooth rollout of projects, providing input on planning, troubleshooting, and improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
• 2–3 years of experience in leading meetings, presentations, and facilitation in English is a plus
• Practical experience supporting business partners in transversal learning as a Single Point of Contact
• Experience managing multiple learning projects under global direction or in a pharmaceutical environment is desired
• Proven background in sales, disease state knowledge, or Marketing/Medical (MSL) in immunology
