A renowned global healthcare technology company is looking for a Senior New Business Development Manager APAC. The selected candidate will oversee the development of strategic market and product line business plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures
• Oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs
• Provide leadership in planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing strategic business objectives
• Architect business requirements for Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong to support program readiness and execution
• Operationalise program flow for optimal member enrolment and engagement
• Work with internal teams to create performance dashboards and metrics to gauge program effectiveness

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of Business Development or Marketing experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare environment
• More than 3 years of people management experience is ideal
• Experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialisation
• Strong technical development skills and a track record of project success
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel
