MSL（皮膚科）/ MSL (Dermatology)

A global pharmaceutical group is seeking an MSL (Dermatology). The selected candidate will build strong scientific partnerships, deliver high-quality medical engagement, and support research, education, and medical strategy initiatives across the dermatology portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with scientific experts, opinion leaders, and study groups
• Communicate scientific value, clinical data, and patient benefits to external stakeholders
• Develop and execute expert engagement plans with Medical and cross-functional teams
• Provide field insights to support local medical and brand strategies in compliance with regulations
• Support investigator-sponsored studies, company-sponsored trials, and local clinical trial operations
• Lead and support congress activities, medical events, advisory boards, and internal medical training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years in pharmaceutical industry or proven industry collaboration in academia
• Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development, or relevant field
• Understanding in immunology/inflammation, dermatology or related therapeutic areas
• Native level Japanese and business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Advanced degrees (Master, PhD, MD, or PharmD)
• Experience in companies with immunology, inflammation, dermatology, or rheumatology products
• Prior experience with medical/scientific study management or conduct
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical product development, product lifecycle, and commercialisation processes
• Knowledge of functions (Clinical Operations, Commercial, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs)
• Understanding of clinical research and messaging (study design, evaluation, medical writing, expert panel conduct, symposium/workshop management, KOL management)
