医疗事务总监/ Medical Affairs Director

A renowned biopharmaceutical research organisation is looking for a Medical Affairs Director. The selected candidate will lead medical strategy, evidence generation, and high-impact cross-functional collaboration across assigned brands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead medical strategy development and evidence generation for assigned brands
• Plan and execute integrated medical plans aligned with brand strategy, budget, and resources
• Partner with MSL leadership to deliver strategic confidence and scientific engagement activities
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing medical team
• Drive collaboration with brand, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support therapeutic area leadership in advancing industry-leading medical activities

Requirements:

• MSc/MPH/PhD in a scientific discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in the oncology area
• Experience in managing external sponsored studies and company-sponsored non-interventional studies
• Prior experience of Medical Affairs function within the pharmaceutical industry or R&D
• Proven experience and positive track record with project management in a pharmaceutical company
• Background in relationship and stakeholder management
• Prior background in people management
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in basic or clinical research handling
• Prior experience in the women's cancer area
• Proven experience with team budget management
