希少疾患医療アドバイザー/ Medical Advisor for Rare Disease

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Advisor (Manager level) for Rare Disease. The selected candidate will lead medical strategy, build scientific partnerships, and support product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, scientific experts, and study groups
• Partner with brand team to drive product lifecycle management plans
• Lead medical strategy and activities in alignment with regulations
• Deliver therapeutic area and product-specific medical training
• Ensure consistency of scientific messaging across medical content and materials
• Support study protocol development, site selection, and execution of local and global trials

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PhD, master’s degree, RPh, PharmD) or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or a relevant department in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in clinical practice, medical affairs, and research (clinical, medical, epidemiological, and RWD areas)
• Background in rare disease, ophthalmology and relevant domain
• Skilled in therapeutic area, related products, and disease states, supported by a
  strong scientific, clinical, and data science background
• Proficient in reading and verbal English and Japanese
