MSLマネージャー/ MSL Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an MSL Manager (Specialty Care MSL/Oncology). The selected candidate will engage with thought leaders, disseminate scientific data, and support educational and research-related activities within the oncology therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and engage with Thought Leaders to exchange scientific, educational, and research information
• Provide clarification and education on scientific data, study protocols, and professional literature in alignment with regulations
• Support and participate in advisory boards and respond to medical or scientific queries from medical societies
• Network with Thought Leaders at congresses and conventions to gather insights and establish new connections
• Plan and organise scientific education and training events within the assigned therapeutic area
• Prepare timely reports of field activities and track engagement objectives
• Facilitate Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) setup and act as a liaison between investigators and internal teams
• Contribute to TL identification, profiling, and strategic engagement planning
• Provide scientific support for Market Access and Medical Affairs teams as needed
• Serve as an internal scientific expert by assisting with training activities and responding to medical queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of MSL experience
• Experience in Oncology therapeutic area
• Proven ability to interpret and extract insights from data
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Office Suite)
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 600+)
